Yellow Billing Services was formed in 2006 to address the short comings in the Telecommunication Billing arena, with the need to ensure that bills went out on time as well as containing the correct data. After searching the industry for providers that would guarantee bill delivery and accuracy as well as not charge an arm and a leg, the only solution was to address these issues directly.
